A completely renovated cabin located in a privileged and sunny position. The log cabin covers an area of approximately 20 m2 and is accompanied by a barn with an area of approximately 40 m2. The barn has space for a generator and storage underneath. The refuge is surrounded by approximately 8,600 m2 of land.
The hut is equipped with a bunk bed, a bathroom, a stove, running water and electricity provided by a generator and a solar panel. Its location, in a sunny and panoramic environment, offers a picturesque view.
In summer, the refuge is accessible via a dirt road passable only with a four-wheel drive vehicle. A forestry license is required for access. In winter, however, the refuge is not accessible by car, but only on foot.
