The heating in the main building is powered by hydro-pellet stoves while in the annexes the heating is on Lpg. The property includes 39 hectares of land, divided between pastures, woods and arable land, a beautiful panoramic swimming pool, a tennis court and numerous green areas surrounding the buildings, as well as wonderful lavender, thyme, and rosemary plants. There are numerous trekking routes in the surrounding valleys, which allow you to immerse yourself in the Mediterranean scrub and in the spirituality of those places.
