In the annex you can admire some parts of the terracotta brick walls that were used to ventilate the hay and which are now the distinctive feature of Tuscan country houses.

Located on a hillock, the farmhouse is surrounded by about 5,000 square meters of land with about sixty olive trees, the remaining part is kept as a garden with flowering bushes and medicinal plants, it is completely fenced. A very short uphill driveway leads to the house and, in a private part of the garden, the parking area that can accommodate up to 6/7 cars. In the private part of the garden a delightful terrace covered by a natural pergola overlooks Pisa. Below this there is a large warehouse that could be used as a gym/sauna, while in the part of the garden in front of this warehouse the area where the swimming pool could be built has been identified.
