In addition, in addition to the private garden of about 500 square meters (where we also find a well very useful for irrigation) an agricultural land of about 13,000 square meters is also sold as a body, used mainly as a forest for wood.
Heating is provided thanks to a gas cylinder covered in the garden, while both photovoltaic and solar panels (used mainly to heat the pool water) can be used for electricity supply.
Like all properties, this one also has its criticalities: in addition to the arrival road which is, as mentioned, poorly maintained and unpleasant, the property is not totally independent, it is combined with two other civil homes (lived in all year round), and this means that the inhabitants of the other two units can take advantage of the access road that passes in front of the property for sale.
